Refund policy

We want you to love your LABEKE piece as much as we loved creating it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
* Items must be free from makeup, stains, perfume, deodorant, or any other signs of wear.
* Items must have all original tags attached.
* Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
* Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, bonnets and other intimate/accessory items may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items, discounted items, and custom-made or altered pieces may also be final sale.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
