Cancellation Policy

At LABEKE, we carefully prepare each order with love and attention to detail. Because some pieces may be made or prepared specifically for your order, we encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and full name.

If your cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

LABEKE reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed, customized, or shipped.
